		District Level School Chess Competition 2023
		Prize distribution ceremony for the 1st Paschim Bardhaman District Level School Chess Competition 2023 was held on 12th August 2023, in the premises of DAV Model School, KSTP, Asansol. The ceremony was blessed by Hon'ble ADM, Paschim Bardhaman Shri Sanjay Paul Sir.

		Students of DAV Model School, KSTP, ASANSOL waved the flag of victory in the Competition. In the Under 14 boys category - Bipul Kumar Burnwal of Class 9B bagged the 2nd prize and he has been selected for State Level, while in Under 17 girls Category - Ananya Zamindar of Class 10A was placed 2nd and Purba Dule of Class 10B secured the 4th position . Both the girls have also been selected for State level.
